Simply call us or log a ticket. We'll let you know the token cost before starting work.
Rollover
Unused tokens roll over for up to 3 months (6 months on Ultra plans).
Top Up Anytime
Need more? Purchase additional token packs at any time from your account.
Important Notes
- Sky5G network issues are always handled free of charge — tokens are never deducted for problems on our end.
- You can check your token balance anytime via the Customer Portal.
- All token usage is logged so you always know exactly what your tokens were used for.
- Standard support hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. VIP customers enjoy extended hours.
